direct pool access comfy bed
i had a room with direct pool access it was amazing the bed was super comfy and the room felt huge! the reception staff were so friendly and cute i felt right at home. the waterslides were a blast for adults too it was so much fun!

there are three swimming pools available providing plenty of options for relaxation and recreation there are also exciting waterslides adding to the fun atmosphere around the pool area it's a blast.

the reception staff are nice and helpful offering proactive assistance they explained hotel details and surrounding areas thoroughly i felt very welcomed. some restaurant staff were friendly and helpful too which i appreciated.

it was convenient to get around to shops from the hotel it made exploring the area very easy! the hotel is across the road from the beach so it is also very accessible.

cool pool friendly staff short walk great amenities
I found the pools to be really cool, especially for families. My kids loved the amenities. I saw the beach was just a short walk away, maybe one minute. I found the staff to be efficient, everyone was nice, and Sami was great.

Nearby restaurants offered many choices. A short walk led to local markets. Travel to Patong markets required about a ten-minute drive. The central position allowed convenient exploration.

There were big pools with slides. Swim-up bars were present. Food was available for purchase near the pools. USB charging ports were available in the room. THe hotel offered multiple pools.

The staff was generally friendly. They were accommodating. The receptionist named Kaimook received compliments. Sangyupin and Ao in the restaurant were mentioned as especially kind. I was VERY impressed.

Breakfast included good varieties. I did notice a nice selection. Western and Asian options were available. The food quality was high. Breakfast was very abundant.

The room seemed clean upon check-in. Towel hooks were available. The newly renovated block seemed nice. The rooms were really big, a great PLUS. Bottled water was supplied daily.

I found the pools very enjoyable, especially the one with kid-friendly activities. The market and massage spots were very close. The breakfast provided a healthy and substantial selection of food. The waitress was particularly friendly throughout the visit.
The hotel did not assist with luggage upon arrival, unexpected.
