The rooftop pool was certainly a highlight of my stay. It offered a beautiful spot to relax and the views were excellent. The location was also very convenient. It was a short distance to local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. They always assisted with a smile..
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It constantly changed from hot to cold. The sink drained slowly, inconvenient. One night, the air conditioning stopped working, uncomfortable.

The rooftop pool was amazing, I enjoyed the clear views. The staff was very helpful at reception, they answered every question with patience. My room was big and well-kept, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and bottled water. I appreciate this gesture.
