The location is super convenient. i could easily walk to shopping malls, the beach, and the vibrant walking street. What a blast! the breakfast had such a great variety, and the rooms were always sparkling clean. the rooms were spacious and well-kept, i felt so at home!
The alarm system needs some serious fixing. i asked for a wake-up call twice and it only worked once. the second time i needed it to catch my flight. So frustrating!

The hotel features two swimming pools. One is located downstairs and the other on the roof, awesome views included. guests also get extra towels for both the pool and the beach, so useful. umbrellas are available at reception when it rains.

The hotel is close to several large shopping centers. I loved that everything was within walking distance. the beach is also easily accessible, only a short walk. seven eleven is conveniently located just outside the hotel!

the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, so cozy! blackout curtains are also included, great for sleeping in after late nights. i enjoyed the lovely balcony to watch the world go by though the location was perfect!

the location proved convenient with easy access to local transport and nearby shops.. i found the room to be spacious and clean, equipped with wifi, a mini bar, a safe, and a kettle. keycard entry added to the sense of security, i considered the prices reasonable, reflecting good value for the amenities.
Upon arrival, i noticed some noise from door slamming. This occurred periodically, slightly disruptive.

the room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. a landline telephone was available for use, and air conditioning maintained a steady, cool temperature, welcome.

the hotel had two swimming pools available , including a rooftop pool offering nice views. i noticed a children's playground, which seemed well-equipped, offering activities for families with children.

the reception staff provided excellent service and were always available to answer questions. i spoke with sarah, who was pleasant and professional, providing clear communication. housekeeping kept everything clean throughout the stay.

the location was excellent. i walked to many attractions nearby.. breakfast included several options, and i especially liked the fresh fruit. the staff were helpful in arranging transportation.

The air conditioning units made a lot of noise. Both inside my room and outside, it was loud. This impacted my stay negatively. I also found a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. After having some breathing difficulties outside, the room made it worse.

my stay had some drawbacks. the front desk staff seemed a bit indifferent. also, the breakfast was just ok. the spread didn't offer many choices and the food wasn't particularly good. overall, i found some aspects disappointing.
