The hotel is huge. It took two days to explore it all. The hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. The amenities available are awesome. The gym had very energetic instructors. Pie and Fae were particularly helpful.
My check-in felt rushed, and staff did not explain where to find everything. I was not even shown where the elevator to my room was. The room felt unclean and dated! The view was nice though.

the room view is excellent. i could see ocean directly through the window. the hotel is large, and i like the swimming pool. nae did a great job tidying up the room very neatly, so pleasant.
the floor was dirty. after showering my feet shows the dirt, i had to rinse them before going to bed.

the breakfast had many choices. there are also several turkish restaurants near the hotel. the bars run 2 for 1 promotions daily at certain times making drinks a bit cheaper.

The hotel provide service vehicles around the hotel. reaching different locations within the resort was easy. i enjoyed the garden. It features plants and animals. common areas appear spacious and well maintained.

the staff were very helpful. bellboys were active in helping carry our luggage. the yoga instructor, mod, is patient, caring, and interacts with the children. staff at the spa services were great.

the main pool's sun loungers looked a little old.

the room service was not good at all, my order arrived late and was cold. i feel like they didn't pay attention to my request for no tomatoes on my burger, it had tomatoes. i was not impressed at all by the food quality or service.

i just loved the pools! there were so many different ones, and the beach access was so easy. the gardens and the lake were beautiful and well kept, so pretty. our room was also spacious and clean, and the balcony view was great!
the transport was slow to arrive during checkout, it was a pain waiting for 20 mins. people were jumping on the lorry. the breakfast buffet had very limited fruits daily, i wanted more variety.
