fantastic stay
great hospitalityexcellent foodfriendly atmosphere
the staff showed such great hospitality! i thank roisin at reception. the food tasted excellent. music on friday and saturday night created a great vibe. the atmosphere felt warm, cosy and friendly. i thoroughly enjoyed my weekend.
some type of generator outside my window meant there was a continual humming noise from early morning until night?!

the hotel is only 25 km from donegal town if guests want to go shopping. there is also a conservatory beside the reception. parking is ample with a grand private lot for numerous vehicles.

i had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found both to be really tasty. the breakfast includes both sweet and savory options. the restaurant offers plentiful options for all tastes and preferences, really superb!

the staff members were all very polite. every staff member provided great hospitality. the staff is attentive and quick to respond. it makes one feel well cared for which i certainly appreciated!

we booked a family room, and it was spacious and warm. the beds were very cosy. the bathroom was also very spacious. i found the rooms to be very relaxing!

sewage smellnonexistent lock
Room 211 was not good. A strong smell of sewage came from the ensuite. I was tired because there was a wedding. I got the last room so I just dealt with it. I had to keep the ensuite door shut and used towels to block the smell. The room had no lock so I used a chair to block the door. The receptionist apologized, but she was not very verbal. I am very disappointed.
