the location was very central. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local eateries. I could also leave my bags at the hotel after check-out, convenient before heading to the airport.
The walls were thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the wifi was unreliable, made working from the room difficult. CHECK-OUT created a problem for me.

The location was FANTASTIC. I found communication in advance helpful. They told us exactly which car park to use and how to get to the hotel. The room had a great shower. The wireless internet access worked well.
My room faced the building's light well, NOT an inner courtyard. If I opened the window, I heard neighbors' conversations ALL day. I also smelled cooking odors.

i stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was tastefully decorated. i found great facilities available in the apartment. the beds had excellent linen, i thought it was very comfortable. the size of the apartment also added to my enjoyment.
the shower could have used a bit more attention regarding black mould, though it was minor.

The location was excellent. I could easily reach many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provided good recommendations for places to eat (i tried a recommended pintxos bar!).
The wifi was bad. It was impossible to work from the room.
