charming hotel stay
attentive staff buffet food
I really enjoyed my stay and found the staff quite attentive. the cleaning staff was especially great and ensured my room was super clean daily. i also loved the breakfast. They had clear pork signs to accommodate different dietary needs. the new year dinner buffet seemed to offer everything, a good surprise

the reception desk felt so private with individual desks for check-in. the staff guided us to our rooms and explained everything. i loved the balcony with its desk, chair and stand light and the nespresso machine with coffee capsules was a plus. complimentary water came in cartons and i thought that was quite sustainable.

the breakfast restaurant displayed an elegant setup with a beautiful design and offered a wide range of high quality food items. i saw options like royal jelly along with egg tart and individual cake pieces available directly from the restaurant staff. it seemed varied and elegant.

the hotel's location is very convenient and accessible for exploring attractions. i noticed it being across the street from city hall mrt station which allows for quick trips around town. many key tourist spots were within walking distance or just a short ride away.

clogged rainshower unclean room
The staff generally was helpful. They provided a room for showering after checkout, because my flight was late. I appreciated that.
I encountered problems . My room wasn't particularly clean. I noticed hairs on the study table. The rainshower was clogged. Water sprayed everywhere when I used it. the bathroom door didn't close properly because it needed some grease.

great location carton packaging royal jelly difficult lighting little space missing safe
the hotel boasts a great location! it is near the city hall mrt station. the room included complimentary water in carton packaging. the breakfast offered royal jelly and egg tart.
the lighting system in the room was difficult to use. there was very little space for luggage.

amazing location easy access calm space excessive waiting time denied request minimal toiletries
The hotel has an amazing location near the Capitol Theatre and City Hall MRT station. Direct access to walkways connected to malls made getting around easy. The executive lounge access was a great addition and provided a calm space.
The waiting time at reception for check in was excessive and lasted 1 hour 30 minutes past the stated check in time. My request for a late check out was denied, even with the long initial wait. Toiletries were minimal for a family of four who paid for the additional person.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
central location spacious room clean room
I found the location amazing since it is near shopping areas and malls. The hotel rooms are spacious and very accommodating for a group. I observed they keep the rooms clean and well maintained which I greatly value.
I noticed excessive use of plastics in bathroom products which could be reduced. I think a more eco-friendly approach would greatly improve the experience. Reducing plastic use would align better with modern sustainability practices.

The gym includes modern equipment like treadmills and weights, perfect for a good workout. The pool area features comfortable loungers and a relaxing shaded section. These facilities offer guests plenty of options to unwind and stay active.
