overall good stay, some issues
excellent location mrt station functional kitchenette closed gym no pre-arrival communication limited breakfast
the location was excellent. i was very close to the mrt station (it was literally steps away). the room had a functional kitchenette, complete with cutlery.
the gym was closed during my entire stay. this was not communicated to me before arrival. the breakfast selection was also quite limited and basic.

fantastic location and spacious rooms!
amazing location spacious room rooftop pool
the location is amazing, just a short walk to the metro station! the room was very spacious and included a washing machine and dryer. i appreciated the rooftop pool, it was nice.

poor empathy bathroom smell
the location is amazing, close to an mrt station and lau pa sat hawker market, i will say that the staff were helpful.
the front desk team lacked empathy, i thought. the bathroom reeked, and it smelled like poop throughout my entire stay. completing a load of laundry took forever, like three to five hours from washing to drying. i found that disappointing.

Really good Amenities and Service
excellent location spacious room prompt service
The location is excellent near an MRT exit making travel easy. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We received an extra blanket promptly after we requested it.
I found that the gym and pool facilities were unexpectedly closed for my entire stay. It was not communicated prior to my arrival.

superb location and comfy room!
central location spacious room clean room
i loved that the location was super central. i could walk to many major attractions and lau pa sat was very close. the room was very spacious, very comfy and tidy!!! the metro station was also a short walk away.
