generally positive experience

clean suitebig bedunprofessional managerflat pillows

i stayed in the garden suite. it was clean, and it had a very big bed. we wanted to stay longer. the breakfast ladies were fantastic, even though the hotel had kitchen issues because of a flood. i was told about the flood before i arrived, it was appreciated.

the manager is not professional. staff said he needs a course. i asked about the rusty loo brush and flat pillows. he said his clients like them like that. i did not enjoy that interaction.
