The hotel grounds feature immaculate landscaping. I found the grounds well-kept and spacious. The staff provided really good service. They were always friendly and helpful (making the stay nice). The hotel offers multiple pools for both adults and children. I liked the heated pool near the snack bar.
The gym equipment was somewhat dated.

the food was uninspired i found a lack of variety considering this hotel's rating dishes seemed to repeat frequently also the dining area often felt chaotic with tables not promptly cleaned this made meal times less relaxing than they should have been i also noted that some guests exhibited poor hygiene practices adding to my unease
