my experience wasn't amazing. the advertised activities weren't executed, a real letdown. table tennis was available, but they charge extra for the bats? its something i never experienced before. the food choices repeated themselves too much, and those of us with gluten allergies weren't catered to properly. it was frustrating.

The staff WAS super friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and picturesque. My beautiful double room featured two sofa beds and a balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of entertainment offered throughout each day.

I found that the water park was not included in the all-inclusive package. It required additional payment for drinks. This limitation was not ideal.

the grounds were beautiful. i loved the andalusian-moroccan design. the lush gardens and palm trees were very peaceful. the aquapark kept my kids entertained for hours with multiple slides and wave pools.

the wristbands felt quite cheap.

everything was wonderful. we have already booked for next year. the staff cannot do enough for you. we arrived late, around midnight, and the chef prepared sandwiches and chips for us.. he even had them delivered to our room. it shows how willing they are to go above and beyond..

the lack of available electrical sockets near the beds made charging devices slightly inconvenient at times. it's a minor issue, but worth noting for families with multiple devices. i had to leave my phone charging across the room.
