really good staffyummy foodspacious room
the staff were really good the evening entertainment was out of this world the food was yummy it was full of flavors and could complete with top end uk restaurants the rooms were very spacious and very clean they ensured our stay was nice
the hotel takes a payment for towels and potential damage to the room it is the only hotel i stayed in at to take 200 dirham per towel and a room deposit the other hotels returned the cash payment on check out this hotel refused a cash payment for it and the money still hasn't been returned to my card

The free shuttle into the city center was very useful. Staff booked activities for me, including a taxi and camel ride. The pool area was great! The staff was always on hand.
The spirits were low quality. Even for all-inclusive standards, this was bad. The couple's bed was two single beds pushed together. I could feel the gap between.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality throughout the hotel. They helped with various requests. I appreciated the availability of a free shuttle into town. Entertainment staff kept everyone engaged around the pool area. Adil stood out for his consistent humor. I am planning to visit again next year.
