the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of foods present each morning.
I had an issue with the automatic rotating lobby door. My child got stuck. luckily, a gentleman nearby pushed the door backward, saving my child from serious harm. The rotating door is a serious problem.

a balanced stay

the breakfast service was efficient. staff like nahida and ahmed were really helpful and cute (i think ahmed deserves a promotion!). easy access to public transport was a plus. plenty of restaurants were available nearby.
during my stay, the fire alarm sounded frequently. this happened almost ten times a day. the noise was quite strong. they were unable to fix it. it was a very terrible experience.

The breakfast was good. i really liked the team that worked there (especially tatiana). the metro station was close. It took me about 5 minutes to walk there. the pool was also nice and spacious.
my room was not properly cleaned one day. i came back around 4 pm and it had not yet been serviced. the elevators were quite slow (there seemed to be only two for this part of the building). i also found that there were no bathrobes in my room.
