the location was acceptable.

The service felt subpar for the price i paid. i found the staff unresponsive at times, especially when i needed assistance with something simple. also, some of the room amenities were not in the best condition. I noticed wear and tear that detracted from the overall experience.

i found the check-in process very smooth. the apartment we stayed in was quite large with very comfortable beds. daily cleaning was provided, and i appreciated the complimentary water. the pool area offered a relaxing space. i would definitely consider coming back here.

The hotel had a connecting door to a shopping center. the pool was nice and relaxing. a metro station was very close. This made transportation quite convenient. the hotel has a parking in the basement of the building.

Cleaning staff provided daily service. The staff were helpful generally. one particular staff member, fatema, was especially wonderful and helped with all our needs. mehdi provided excellent housekeeping service ensuring comfort and cleanliness.
