fantastic stay with great service!

I was thrilled with the free shuttle to dubai mall. It made getting around so easy! also , i really appreciated the nice and neat room. It was great.

the location is not ideal there is heavy traffic nearby. i was stuck in traffic when visiting places. the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional

the staff was always ready to help. raymond even offered breakfast though our check-in was later. zakar was amazing and guided us to all the best places to view and shop at. the hotel is performing well because of the staff's contribution.
valet parking was not available. we received first-floor rooms, and i could not sleep because of the road noise. the reception area was very noisy because of a pool table nearby.

the room was spacious, modern, and clean. blackout blinds were great. the ac wasn't too overpowering. i found the breakfast selection interesting.
nobody helped us with our bags upon arrival, even though there were several people available. the hotel location is not great (it is next to a busy road). i found heavy traffic problematic when traveling.
