The staff was consistently friendly. I found the customer service excellent. The pool area was an open space that I enjoyed. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus and access to the beach club.

It caused some delays during peak hours.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. It is about 15-20 minutes by taxi to various destinations. This made getting around the area very easy. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach club too.

The rooms were nice with excellent interior design. My room was constantly filled with essentials. Housekeeping maintained the room with a high standard of cleanliness. I found this quite excellent.
