efficient staffair conditioning
the staff at reception were efficient. they completed my check-in quickly. the non-smoking twin room shuttle to festival city mall was clean. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.

the location made travel easy. the metro station was a short walk. staff was friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
i had to ask several times for water. i found this frustrating. i expect quicker service especially for basic requests.
