the hotel's location provided easy access to public transport including the metro and taxis nearby convenience stores are also accessible i found the cleaning staff did a superb job in ensuring the room was tidy and clean the hotel offered free shuttle service to dubai festival city. the location was great the cleaning was good the shuttle to festival city was very helpful.
i had to ask many times to get my order only water when i had late checkout because i arrived late they kept calling and knocking on the door to leave

The breakfast options were great! I found so much variety, and everything tasted delicious. The rooms were spacious. I also appreciated that printing was available for free. I ABSOLUTELY needed it at the time.
The room size felt inadequate for a family. The furniture seemed dated. I wanted to use the gym, but it was locked! I did not have time to call someone to open it for me.
