the room was thoughtfully arranged with plenty of outlets.

I arrived to find the room lighting dim. Two of the three lamps didn't even work! the advertisement misled me, calling it a corner room when it was merely at the hall's end with just one window, not two. the staff, though cordial, didn't strike me as overly friendly, either.
