The breakfast was good. i found the location quite accessible. It was a short walk to the center. friendly staff also contributed to the experience.

The window in my room didn't block noise well. The road noise was noticeable. i also noticed the curtain was half hanging off. i think this needs attention.

the adjacent car park was easy to find using google maps and parking on level 3 near the bridge was convenient the bridge led directly into reception there was cute customer service it was clean. breakfast offered some choice and easy access even when it was a bit busy i liked that i could get extra coffee tea and sugar at reception.

the room was next to a fire door and i could hear the noise of it slamming shut.

this location is very central for many attractions there are coffee shops bars and restaurants nearby it has a nice view over the tay the bus station and train station are within walking distance.

The breakfast had a great selection of hot items. I enjoyed the vegan options available. I found the bed comfortable and the staff greeted me warmly each day. The hotel felt very secure each evening. This was a major plus for me.
