I found the staff VERY friendly and helpful. They offered great local advice. The restaurant was lovely, and the food was good. I especially liked the comfortable room with its good facilities (I wish it had a safe though).
My room was in a newer wing across the courtyard. The room was more basic and similar to a travel lodge. This was a bit of a schlep (annoying distance) to get to. I found this unexpectedly disappointing.

The breakfast offered a good start to the day. The room was generally clean upon arrival. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
My room was located above the bar area and it was quite noisy until late. The photos online did not accurately represent my room. The shower lacked hot water during one morning.

The location of the hotel is fine! The hotel is equally charming. I found my room clean. The facilities met all my needs . The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided information about the hotel, as well as the area.
Resident parking was almost impossible due to other guests. I had trouble finding a spot.
