friendly staff clean room big bathroom coffee facilities water bottle thin wall
The reception staff was very friendly. My room was clean. The bathroom was big and the shower worked well.
My room had no coffee making facilities. There were no complimentary bottles of water. The walls seemed thin and I could hear doors slam.

i stayed in a beautiful suite spa bath and loved the jacuzzi! the modern shower had cool side water jets. breakfast was very varied.. it was abundant too!
the hotel isn't super central and requires a bit of walking to get everywhere.

the staff was polite i found the cleanliness of the room to be perfect the beds were firm i found them comfortable. the bathroom was spacious it included a good shower. i chose this place because they offer parking suitable for vehicles of considerable height it suited my needs perfectly.

some issues
bad soundproofing ineffective air conditioning
the room was not great. the soundproofing was really bad, i could hear everything happening in the hallway. people were slamming doors constantly. also, the air conditioning barely worked, and the room was too hot. it made it difficult to sleep properly!

mixed experience at this hotel
terrible soundproofing unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to public transportation.
I found the soundproofing to be terrible. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. also, the staff weren't particularly helpful when i needed assistance with parking.

good location polite reception daily cleaning small room faulty doors pool refurbishment
the hotel location is good, not far from the city center. cleaning happened every day, i noticed. the reception staff were polite and predictable. i would consider staying again.
i felt the room was pretty small with a specific design. our doors hardly closed properly. the rooftop pool was being refurbished, as well.
