The staff helped so much with our luggage! They also booked restaurant tables for us. I so appreciated that. Shops and restaurants were so close. That really helped me. The suite felt comfortable. It was a dream come true!!!
The main bedroom had single beds pushed together. I would have loved a double bed instead.

a wonderful stay!

warm welcomecomfortable bedrooftop terracetiny kitchen
germane gave me a warm welcome and recommendations of places i could visit. i found the bed particularly comfortable and the apartment was spacious. the rooftop terrace and pool were perfect after a long day of walking around the city.
the pictures made me believe something else, but it was fine. i think there could be a bit more space. the kitchen is tiny and i wanted coffee capsules included for morning coffee.

a delicious restaurant was located across the street from the hotel and another one was down a block and a half. also, there was a pastry shop nearby which was a good addition. the kitchenette was perfect for making tea and coffee.

the location of the hotel was excellent, placing me in the historic part of town. it was an easy short walk to the centre storico and cathedral. plaza alfalfa, a lively square with wonderful restaurants, was very close.

the hotel features a beautiful reception area that immediately impresses. the rooftop terrace offers a refreshing plunge pool for relaxation. an elevator to higher floors enhanced accessibility and i appreciated it a lot.

the central location was perfect. i found myself steps away from key attractions and charming cafes. upon arrival, i received a detailed map and excellent recommendations from the hosts. they explained the city with such care, assuring me of their help throughout my stay.
the tv felt a bit dated. it worked fine, but a newer model would enhance the experience

the location was superb, just steps away from plaza alfalfa (it's a lively spot!). the bathroom included good hot water and was very clean.
there were no complimentary coffee pods available, which would have been a nice touch considering the price.

small sinkslow drainage
the room was smaller than i expected there was also a persistent noise from the street it disrupted my sleep additionally the shower drainage was very slow i had to wait a while for the water to drain the bathroom design wasn't practical either the sink was too small for comfortable use i found this frustrating
