i found the staff very helpful. sanjay, the restaurant manager, was great (he always greeted guests with a smile!). the gardens were well maintained. three pools provided options for relaxation.
i experienced delays when checking in. despite confirming arrival times, the reception team wasn't quite ready. this caused a slight inconvenience at the beginning of my stay.

The beach had a lot of seaweed. It wasn't always cleaned up, so it didn't look like the pictures. I also found the beach vendors very pushy. They crowded the area. They made it hard to relax near the water.
