i appreciated the location near the train station. This made travel convenient. the provided breakfast had many options like eggs and pastries. i was grateful for the attentive staff that helped with directions.
the room's air conditioner made considerable noise. This impacted my sleep. i suggest improvements to reduce its noise level.

I found the staff very friendly and they offered helpful advice. the location proved quite convenient for seeing key attractions. breakfast included a wide variety of options, from pastries to hot dishes. We loved it. the rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot for relaxation. Misplaced punctuation, though!
The room was a bit small. This meant luggage space was limited, but it worked.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Gigi, offering coffee, tea and snacks upon arrival. He gave us great advice on places to visit and precautions about pickpockets. Lorenzo always greeted us with a cute smile. The location was fabulous, being close to many historic sites.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. It was warmer than expected.
