ideal location modern design helpful staff
the location was ideal, right next to the tram stop, so getting around was easy. i also appreciated the modern design of the room. the staff offered helpful recommendations for local spots.
the room size was smaller than expected, it felt a bit cramped with luggage.

cramped room awkward plugs
The room felt quite cramped, especially since it was meant for two people. Space around the bed was limited on three sides. It made moving around difficult. The placement of the shower and large sink within the room felt unusual. The location of the plugs was awkward. I had to shorten my trip and leave a day early. I was disappointed there was no refund for the unused day even with a week's notice. they did offer two free breakfasts.

modern stay near the train station
friendly staff convenient location comfortable space
the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient near a tram station. breakfast had a good selection, especially the pastries and cheese. i also enjoyed the comfortable common space.
The room felt quite small, it was difficult to manage luggage with two people. the temperature controls were also limited. I could not adjust the heat above a set level.

the reception team provided helpful assistance with directions and local information. staff members spoke english fluently, very convenient. i found their recommendations for nearby restaurants very useful.

The hotel has a tram stop right outside. This made getting around very easy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I found them to be a great resource for local tips.
