convenient location helpful staff live music
The hotel location was convenient to the ferry. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed the live music.
The hotel did not offer help with luggage to the second floor. The bar closed early. The server put little effort into pleasing us.

charming stay with attentive service
attentive care seafront location comfortable seating luggage transport
andelo and the team showed really good care. the quiet seafront location was wonderful. the hotel provided comfortable seating from breakfast till bedtime. breakfast was fresh (i especially liked the varied selection). an electric vehicle transported luggage to the ferry port upon departure. this service was a nice convenience. i really appreciated the efficient luggage handling. the location near the water was also a great benefit.

This hotel is amazing location close to the water. Everything felt nearby. the proximity to the sea added to the overall charm. the immediate area felt quiet and relaxed.

breakfast included a varied selection of fresh items, and the breakfast buffet had an amazing range. the quality of the breakfast really stood out. i noticed many fresh, local ingredients were used (a good touch).

the room was perfect, and i got an upgrade because rooms were available. i found the room tidy and neat. the sea view from the balcony was great, and the car was easily visible. this added to the overall positive experience.

Charming Stay
genuine care super clean cleanliness
The hotel's staff showed genuine care. The manager even left a handwritten note. Excellent food and super clean cleanliness are provided. We found unbeatable value for money. I would return again.
I did not appreciate paying extra to park the car in front of the hotel. It should be included. This happened during off season.

The breakfast selection included fresh choices. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast offered a big selection, so it was easy to find something to eat. The yogurt and dairy items are fresh.

This building has olde world charm. Plenty of comfortable seating is available to use from breakfast till bedtime. Pictures of royalty who visited the hotel many years ago are scattered on the walls.
