The hotel location was convenient to the ferry. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed the live music.

The hotel did not offer help with luggage to the second floor. The bar closed early. The server put little effort into pleasing us.

andelo and the team showed really good care. the quiet seafront location was wonderful. the hotel provided comfortable seating from breakfast till bedtime. breakfast was fresh (i especially liked the varied selection). an electric vehicle transported luggage to the ferry port upon departure. this service was a nice convenience. i really appreciated the efficient luggage handling. the location near the water was also a great benefit.

The hotel's staff showed genuine care. The manager even left a handwritten note. Excellent food and super clean cleanliness are provided. We found unbeatable value for money. I would return again.

I did not appreciate paying extra to park the car in front of the hotel. It should be included. This happened during off season.
