lovely stay with great service
friendly staff helpful staff charging station live music
the staff was always ready to help, with a great level of service. i particularly appreciated the available electric car charging station. the live music and evening events added some nice entertainment. the location is excellent..
i found the lack of refrigerated water bottles a bit disappointing. getting warm water in plastic bottles felt wasteful and not ideal.

amazing good food adriatic sea view nice balcony limited parking poor quality bed room smell
I really liked the food. It was amazing good. The hotel have amazing views of Adriatic sea. Our room include a very nice balcony also.
Parking places are limited for car. The king bed had poor quality. There are smell in the room i not like.

the hotel location is great.
Some staff seemed unhelpful, particularly in the restaurant. This created a negative impression. the pool area lacked sufficient sunbeds, and guests reserved them early with towels. some guests returned much later, leaving others without access to seating..

friendly service culinarium restaurant excellent view
The staff provided genuinely friendly service. The Culinarium restaurant was very good. I liked the food. The view from my room was excellent, a great plus (i really appreciated that).
The sea is crystal clear, but sea shoes ARE definitely needed for entrance.

some Disappointments Experienced
uncomfortable bed average coffees
The bed was uncomfortable, and i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the coffee bar was also a disappointment. It should have barista-trained staff and a properly programmed machine. the coffees i received were merely average.

A Charmed Stay!
clear sea friendly staff amazing food
The location offered great views and a clear sea. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They provided solutions quickly. I thought the food was AMAZING!!! The choice was huge, with everything tasting very good.
The pool area felt overcrowded at times.

The room included a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The balcony had enough space for two people to sit comfortably. It was modern and spotlessly clean.

The hotel had a pool area with plenty of loungers for relaxation. There was also a spa with a sauna and steam room for daily use. The top deck bar provided a gorgeous evening spot with music.

The service was attentive. Staff members ensured quick drink service during dinner. The staff put on good entertainment and were very kind. They were also super quick to help with any need.
