decent stay near the harbor

the location was indeed superb , just a short walk to the harbor. the room provided tea , ground coffee , fresh milk and a bottle of water , which i found really considerate. a built-in wardrobe in my room offered ample storage space for my belongings.
the toilet seat was broken upon arrival , a clear oversight that should have been addressed. the fridge was quite noisy , disrupting sleep , so i had to turn it off each night. the tea and coffee tray could have been better stocked , especially with biscuits.

the room was very clean!!!
the fridge was noisy. i had to unplug it overnight to get any sleep at all. the tea and coffee tray was poorly stocked, it included huge mugs but no biscuits.

The fridge in the room was very useful for storing drinks. The hotel is maintained VERY well and the location is central. I also liked that our room did not require us to walk through the pub. A pay as you go car park being next door was convenient.

The staff were on hand to cater for any requirements I had. They were very helpful. The staff are available when you need them.

The restaurant offers excellent dishes. Jude's influence is obvious and appreciated. The food quality is always superb here. I have always enjoyed the food here.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Good storage existed for all toiletries in the bathroom. I had a great outlook onto the harbour. A real coffee machine was available in the room, a big plus.

The location is excellent and overlooks the harbour. It is centrally situated for all restaurants, cafes and drinking establishments. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the location provided easy access to the harbour. the breakfast setup at kota kai worked well i thought.
a noisy fridge existed. i turned it off overnight.
