some issues impacted my stay
okay locationcramped bathroomstreet noise
the location was okay. it was a reasonable distance to the station.
The bathroom felt cramped. i had to maneuver awkwardly just to use the toilet. additionally, the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear street noise throughout the night. It really disturbed my sleep

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. the location was convenient, as there was a bus stop just outside. i found it easy to catch buses into town. free parking was also available onsite. It was very helpful.
the en-suite was quite small. i think anyone larger than average might find it difficult to use. i was disappointed that it was noisy because of the main road. i found it a little disruptive.

The breakfast included a lovely Cornish option. Other choices were available too. I enjoyed that the room included tea and coffee. The host Sharon gave good advice on local attractions.
The parking area had limited spaces.
