The hosts greeted me warmly, offering help with my luggage. My room featured a comfortable bed and a modern television. The breakfast offered varied options, including fresh fruit. I appreciated the on-site parking. It made arrival and departure very smooth.
The room was at the top of the house, so the trek up the stairs with heavy bags was quite tiring.

lynda and steve are just wonderful hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed! the breakfast was very nice, cooked perfectly and with so many choices i could barely decide. our room had a fridge which was really useful and the bed was super comfortable!
I did find the street parking filled up quickly sometimes. It required a little patience!

the hotel is near the beach, around 5 minutes! it is also close to shops, it takes roughly 5 minutes to get there! a regular bus service is available, so you can easily explore the coast.

breakfast is cooked to order, i was so happy! there is a wide selection, including a tasty cornish breakfast. you can also try the yoghurt, it is awesome!

easy walkmusty odorstreet noise
the location was acceptable! i could easily walk to the seafront.
The room was small and stuffy. there was a strange musty odor. I couldn't get rid of it even after opening the window. the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night

An okay stay with some issues
worn sofasqueaking noises
The room was large (I stayed on the top floor). it showed its age. The sofa had crumbs and looked worn, I felt it needed a makeover. The bed sank in the middle and squeaked a lot when I turned. The bathroom had a small tub, but the sloped roof made showering difficult for tall people.

sofa crumbssqueaking noises
the top floor room seemed okay at first. i found a part of the sofa had crumbs. it really needs a makeover in general, i thought. the beds sank in the middle also they made annoying squeaking noises when i turned over. the bathroom had a little tub but the shower partition opening and closing was annoying too.
