The room was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed including coffee capsules. The location is near a park. A small supermarket is also very close.
The hallways lacked ventilation. I noticed strong odors there. The furniture looked worn and faded. It sometimes seemed unclean.

the staff was helpful, especially when i needed directions.
The room was not properly soundproofed and i could hear noise from the street below. this. also, the air conditioning was not working properly. It struggled to cool the room down even when set to a low temperature.

The location was convenient near turia park and the city center. the apartment included everything i needed and was clean. the reception was great. Thanks to laura and tamara for their help (they were really kind).
the hallways had little ventilation and strong odors.

the one-bedroom apartment featured a king-size bed, a separate living area with a sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. it also had a private bathroom including a shower and complimentary toiletries.

though the hotel did not have an on-site restaurant, a cafe was within a two-minute walk providing breakfast and coffee. a supermarket was nearby, this allowed stocking up the in-room refrigerator with snacks and drinks.

the reception staff offered assistance with directions and provided beach towels (a nice touch). they were friendly and spoke english well.

the hotel provided on-site parking and free wifi throughout the hotel, a plus. i also noticed a basic fitness center located within a five-minute walk of the apartments, which looked like a good option.

The location is superb, and the kitchen contains full equipment. The bed was large and comfortable, a welcome sight after long journeys. The bathroom provides all necessities for an enjoyable stay.. Air conditioning functions without noise, a bonus for light sleepers. I found the sound isolation effective, even on the street side.
The hallways had minimal ventilation along with noticeable odors. The apartment furniture seemed worn out and dull. It even looked unclean.
