The staff was genuinely friendly and quite helpful. Breakfast was perfect and delicious.. I would certainly stay here again anytime. The room is comfy and the air conditioning worked well.

The location was close to the train and metro stations. The breakfast was very good, offering plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. This.
The rooms are small. The definition of a balcony meant opening the doors. You could not sit there.

The breakfast selection was plentiful, with fresh pastries and quality coffee. the staff were very attentive. They assisted me with luggage storage after i checked out, a real convenience. i appreciated the bike rental service. the hotel's proximity to public transport hubs was very convenient.
the absence of a dedicated shelf in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.

the room provided towels and quality bed linen, it felt very new. it also included a television with multiple channels, this was useful during my down time. the mini fridge was particularly useful for keeping drinks cool.
