The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great power. The rooftop pool offered striking views, particularly at night (a real highlight!). The breakfast was tasty, and there was plenty of choice.

The hotel location made it easy to get a Grab ride. Many fantastic eateries are located at 'The Row' around the corner (a real bonus!). Two train stations nearby facilitate easy and inexpensive travel around the area.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food for different nationalities. The service was excellent, especially during the Valentine's night dinner. The food was very tasty!

good locationoily eggswatery sambal
the location was okay, it was close to some food places and bars.
i was disappointed with the breakfast. the eggs were oily, probably cooked by someone inexperienced and the nasi lemak tasted bad with watery sambal. it seemed they lack budget for a decent breakfast, and the security team doubled as concierge because there were no concierge team

I got upgraded to an Executive Beautiful Room with a great city view. The rooftop pool was a highlight. I loved the bar. Staff were helpful, and the service was prompt (I got a welcome drink voucher). The breakfast had tasty Malaysian options.

The room featured high-quality materials and a comfortable bed (I slept really well). A coffee maker with capsules, an ironing board, and an iron were available. I liked the bathrobe and hairdryer provided.
