My time here was an absolute dream. I adored the fine, white sandy beach. The turquoise waters were lovely. It was easy to snorkel and discover fish right by the house reef.

The cleaning in the room could have been better. The room was not perfectly super clean. The service was not good while getting in and out of boat. My knees got bruises during transfer.

the staff demonstrated high professionalism and friendliness. food quality at the restaurants impressed me especially the japanese restaurant. the kids' club offered great entertainment for children.

The room cleaning could have been more consistent. Sand was occasionally left on the bedding after service.

i find this hotel charming. my room had many features. there was sun beds on the beach marked with my room number. the rooms are spacious and are kept clean. the housekeeper did a very thorough job restocked everything well.

the entertainment at the main bar seemed a bit depressing. it lacked energy. it needs some life.

A pampered experience!

Many staff members still worked there after ten years. This was quite excellent. We received a warm welcome upon arrival on the island. The staff were attentive and professional. I felt valued. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The housekeepers kept everything clean and tidy.

The bar didn't open until after 2pm. This made it difficult to get cold drinks. I thought that was quite late in the day. Service earlier would improve this.

The gym had sufficient equipment for workouts, including treadmills and stationary bikes. Free kayaks are available daily to explore the water. Snorkeling is available near the breakers, offering views of coral.

The ocean view room had direct access to the water. The bathroom featured a spacious tub. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and pastries. The island's landscaping was lush, with many trees. The staff provided attentive service throughout the stay. A complimentary photo session produced nice keepsakes. The free daily kayaking gave me a lot of fun. It was close to the airport, a big plus.
