The staff shines. They accommodated an early check-in plus they sent a bottle of cava up. i also used their assistance for transportation and restaurant recommendations. turndown service was good too! the room was spacious. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the bar was fully stocked.
I did notice some minor wear and tear on the furniture in my room. Nothing major but it was noticeable.

Breakfast provided a wide variety of options. I was impressed. i particularly appreciated the fresh fruit selection and the pastries were delicious. the coffee was also really good, very important.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. That was nice. there was ample closet space and a safe for valuables. blackout curtains helped ensure a good night's sleep.

The hotel is near many restaurants with various cuisines. Made dining out easy. public transportation is very close. Made getting around simple. several shops are within walking distance from here.

i found a problem with housekeeping. they forgot to replenish my shampoo one day. this was inconvenient as i had to call down and wait for it to be delivered. the delay was frustrating.

the rooftop pool area includes comfortable seating. the breakfast options were plentiful and well-prepared. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.. it was a perfect start to my days.
