Excellent Stay Near Gare du Nord
convenient location modern shower
I found the location convenient. The proximity to Gare du Nord made travel easy. The room had a modern shower, a definite plus. I appreciated the good selection of tea and coffee in the room, it made mornings better. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us directions.
The room service was limited, I think because of ecological reasons. The room was not serviced at all . No one replenished essentials, that was an oversight. The tissue box was empty by the end of the first day, it should have been replaced.

The well-insulated room ensured a quiet environment, it allowed for restful sleep. The air conditioning functioned effectively, especially nice during the hot days. The overall design of the room was fantastic, it really added to the experience.

a mixed stay near gare du nord
poor breakfast ineffective air conditioning
The air conditioning barely worked. i had to crack a window in the room because it felt stuffy. The room was still too warm. the space felt quite cramped, even though i paid a high price. also, the breakfast had dry omelets. The croissants seemed stale too.

the room was very clean. the staff was polite, nice and helpful. they upgraded my room to a junior suite, it was perfect!
the front of the hotel had too many unknown people loitering. the front door and going to the first floor had no gates, so it wasn't secure for elderly people or kids.

The staff gave many ideas of places to visit and directions, it was helpful.
The room I got should not be offered to three adults with luggage since there were no space. The noise from people around the front was awful, they kept talking during the night.
