I really enjoyed my time. the front desk staff was friendly and fluent in english. they helped me with taxi bookings and provided recommendations for local dining. complimentary snacks and drinks were available daily from 2 pm to 2 am. This was perfect for a quick bite between sightseeing and dinner, we loved it!
The tv had mostly french channels. I wished there were more english options.

the location was excellent near the metro station. it was easy to access different parts of the area. the mini-bar had complimentary soft drinks and snacks were available downstairs. the staff provided a helpful service.
the carpet in the room looked quite old. it had a sticky feel. i noticed moments when the reception area was unattended.
