the location was just amazing, very central and accessible. it is tucked in a cozy, lively square with amazing food nearby. there were also many coffee shops and bars all around. i felt immersed in the local culture.

I found the location ideal. Metro access was easy and good eating places were close. A rooftop terrace offered relaxing times and the room had coffee making. The front desk proved very helpful too.

i had some issues with the online check-in, it was not very user-friendly. also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and i felt it lacked variety. the room faced a wall, so i missed having a better view. there was also an unpleasant smell in the entrance area at times, a sewage smell.

The location allowed walking to main attractions. I found the neighborhood quite safe. The staff was friendly and helpful . The free luggage storage was especially convenient (what a relief!).
The online check-in process had some extra steps I found a little cumbersome.
