i found the staff to be very kind. they upgraded our room since we had a baby. this. the location was also good, it was quiet, yet public transport was nearby.

i was disappointed there was only cake left one afternoon. i had asked for milk cartons for the room. i was told i should get milk from the lobby. the receptionist got me some after i grumbled a bit.
