Acceptable stay, but with some issues
toddler pool airport transfer
The location was quite good.
The toddler pool was not appropriate for a two year old. My airport transfer was a COMPLETE no-show. They apologized, but I had to get a taxi. This.

my stay included a complimentary airport transfer, punctual. my room was a bungalow jacuzzi and included a very comfortable bed (i slept so well!). the staff were warm and friendly. the pool area was lovely and i spent time at the swim-up bar enjoying smoothies.

the fitness studio had sufficient equipment. it included several treadmills and stationary bikes for a complete workout. the hotel also provided beach loungers and towels, a beach bag, and umbrellas, very useful.

the breakfast room offered a large range of food, all very tasty (especially the fresh fruit!). the room service menu was also convenient with a good selection of meals. there were many choices available.

Service Issues Detracted From the Stay
old pool missed transfer
I encountered problems with the pool and the airport transfer. The pool looked old and tired. The advertisement showed a toddler pool. It was not suitable for my two-year-old. My booked airport transfer did not arrive , and I had to take a taxi myself.

the location was central and made it easy to get transportation.
the pool seemed old. the listing mentioned a toddler pool but it was not suitable for my child. i also scheduled an airport transfer, but no one arrived. (i had to take a taxi).

excellent resort experience
excellent breakfast tidy beach easy access
the hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. tuktuks passed by frequently. the breakfast buffet offered many options. the beach was tidy, and finding a sun bed was easy because reserving seats was not allowed.
