The check-in process was quick. The room had comfortable pillows and the bathroom was a good size. The lobby featured nice decorations.
The housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not tidied properly because we forgot to tip. Other guests were loud at night.

modern comfort with a view
spacious room modern bathroom comfortable sun loungers
i found the room spacious with an excellent modern bathroom. the breakfast area had lovely views and many choices were available. i appreciated the comfortable sun loungers by the swimming pool when i waited for my flight. fresh water was provided daily and the staff promptly assisted with calling grab cabs. the location allowed easy access to attractions and a large hawker market.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms that include a tv and air conditioning. The beautiful king room is approximately 30 square meters. there are two separate sinks in the bathroom, alongside a rainfall shower.

The staff was friendly and cute. the check-in process on the 20th floor was efficient, and the team explained nearly everything, including the air conditioning operation. It was very helpful! they showed genuine concern and consideration for customer expectations.

my room was spacious. i had a nice sea view from the higher floor. the bed was comfortable. shima served breakfast and she was a delight.

good shower excellent air conditioning daily water
The room was a good size. I found the shower excellent with great water pressure. The air conditioning worked very well, a feature I needed. Tea, coffee and water were supplied each day.
I found no laundry facilities on the hotel.

limited variety missing conditioner
I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't better. it was not worth the money for children. The variety seemed limited. also, the toiletries in the room were minimal. There was no hair conditioner provided. i found this inconvenient.
