Good Hotel Experience

The staff was helpful. Thomas assisted us with room comfort. The pool was warm and clean. I also found bathrobes and slippers available in the room (that was nice!).
The breakfast included was basic. Carrot juice had a surcharge. Using the spa and gym required a day's notice. Access was also limited to 45 minutes daily (not nearly enough!).
