the hotel was amazing. the staffs kindness, it was like a warm embrace. the rooms cleanliness was wonderful and the attention to detail, were very comforting. it seemed like a true sanctuary. the breakfast was lovely and eggs were available a la carte.

the pool had limited hours, it was frustrating when i wished to relax after sightseeing and it was closed. there was not a sink in the separated toilet and i found this unhygienic. it felt so dated. i think the hotel could do better.

The location was VERY good. The room was close to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. The room had a really comfortable bed, and it was quiet. The spa was a nice way to start the day.

I found the staff brusque. Service has GONE downhill. There was no one ever in the bar area.
