clean room dining options tired mattress poor breakfast
the room was very clean (i must say!) and had everything i needed. the neighborhood features many nice restaurants and cafes, easy to find dining options.
the beds felt quite old, and the mattresses were super tired. the breakfast setup seemed poorly executed, with a price of 37 euros per person before we even ordered.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
helpful staff complimentary upgrade ample space
The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were really good too ensure my needs were met and I felt valued. I especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade to the suite. It featured ample space and enhanced my stay significantly.
The minibar prices were a little high.

The room was quite large and included a nice-sized bathroom. It featured a deep soaking tub and a separate shower with excellent water pressure. That added to the luxurious feel of the room. L'Occitane toiletries were supplied.

The staff facilitated transportation. They assisted with airport shuttle arrangements. I observed them providing information to guests. This ensured everyone had a seamless experience during their visit.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff clean restaurant suite upgrade
I found the reception staff very friendly. They were always ready to assist. the breakfast restaurant was clean, and the staff maintained a friendly atmosphere. i also received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, a very welcome surprise.
The hotel parking seemed expensive. I was charged 45 euros per night.

The superior premium room included l'occitane toiletries. I appreciated this detail. the room was also spacious and well maintained, and it provided a comfortable environment. temperature control functioned efficiently in the room.

The hotel is near avenue louise, a location with many shops and cafes. numerous restaurants are close to the hotel, giving me good dining choices. it is also convenient. The metro is within a 15 minute walk.

the staff are very helpful and willing to assist with any requests. check-in and check-out were simple and fast. the reception team was good, cute, and friendly at all times.

working desk quiet room
I appreciated the well-proportioned room with a working desk. The bathroom included a tub and shelf space for toiletries. The room was quiet I did not hear other guests.

uneven stay experience
stained carpet security deposit
the hotel's location proved accessible to the surrounding area, offering convenience.
The room i received felt dated. the carpet had noticeable stains, and some of the furniture looked worn. additionally, i was surprised by a request for a security deposit upon check-in. I found this quite awkward.

rude lady expensive opener
The staff was polite! The room was clean.
There was no opener in the room. I had to call room service for sparkling water bottles. A rude lady named Stefania told me I could pay 7 euros for someone to bring an opener or go to the bar myself. She was rather rude.
