excellent harbor view
room upgrade fine bouquet warm wish
the hotel gave me a complimentary room upgrade it was beautifully decorated with a fine bouquet of flowers a delicious cake and festive balloons awaited me in my room the staff surprised us with another gorgeous bouquet later that evening it was a special touch. our room was looked super fresh it offered a amazing view over the harbour. every team member acknowledged my special day they gave warm wishes and exclusive offers to enjoy.
the manager at the reception was very rude he did not listen to my issue he bluntly denied any offer without listening to what i was asking i think this is unacceptable.

breakfast at the mexican room was special it offered indian and continental cuisine i found an elegant atmosphere and alert service they made it something out of the ordinary i must say.

Really good stay with great service
convenient location comfortable bed fresh fruit attentive staff
The hotel's location near the Gateway of India was very convenient. I could easily walk to visit this iconic landmark. The room included a spacious layout with a comfortable king bed. The breakfast offered many options including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to any requests i had.
The gym only had two treadmills available, sometimes inconvenient during peak hours.

Breakfast included a wide variety of Indian and continental options. Freshly made dosas and omelets were available at live cooking stations. The restaurant staff ensured quick service and maintained cleanliness throughout the dining area.

i had a premier double or twin room ocean view. the room service was very prompt, that's for sure. the views were magnificent, it included a clear shot of the arabian sea. i found the staff very receptive.

amazing hospitality superb service refreshing experience
i was really surprised by the amazing hospitality and service standards throughout. the staff ensured high personalization . the spa offered a refreshing experience with well-mannered and professional therapists. i really appreciated the attention to detail.
the room i had was an older one , and i noticed that water leaked from the shower even when the door was tightly shut.
