a satisfactory visit
comfortable bed sea view polite staff chaotic breakfast uncleared plates coffee pods
the bed was very comfortable. the view from my room was lovely , overlooking the arabian sea. the staff at vista restaurant were courteous , especially keshav and khushi.
the breakfast experience was chaotic , the servers were clearly trying their best. used plates were not promptly cleared from the table , which was bothersome. coffee pods for the in-room lavazza machine were not automatically refilled , requiring me to ask for them daily.

perfect service and great food!
clean pools delicious food attentive staff great manager
the food was delicious. the spa and pools were clean. the staff provided towels and water bottles. they looked after us really well. chef rupesh prepared very nice food in the lounge. brijesh managed the club lounge and ensured we got what we needed.
i noticed a very slight delay receiving lemon slices, but that was quickly resolved.

all the staff were courteous, friendly and cute, this. abhishek delivered really good room service, he was prompt and efficient. staff understood guest needs.

a tender memory woven at lands end
complete gym excellent breakfast lovely spa pool view
I found the gym very complete. it included various machines, weights, and cardio equipment. There were three treadmills and also stationary bikes available! i enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much, especially eating on the open terrace of the vista restaurant. It had an excellent selection. the spa, j-wellness, was a lovely, peaceful place. i appreciated the sea link and pool view from my room.
The lifts sometimes took a long time to arrive. It caused short delays.

Staff members were attentive to every need and the housekeeping service kept my room immaculate. The team remembered my preferences. i felt genuinely cared for, it was a very familial feeling. they delivered excellent service.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was very practical. i woke up to the fantastic morning views from the top floor sea facing room. the room was super clean and comfortable

the hotel has a well-equipped gym, it was perfect for maintaining my routine. the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section. i loved the architecture and design, especially the blend of modern amenities with classic elegance.

comfortable beds excellent facilities strong security
my room had comfortable beds and pillows. the storage facilities were excellent. separate shower and bath were available, as well as a toilet. onsite restaurants provided convenient dining options. i felt safe due to strong security measures.
The lifts were frequently busy. I waited for a minimum of 10 minutes sometimes.

slow service hallway noise
i was annoyed by a couple of things. first, the service at breakfast was slow. getting a simple coffee refill reminded me of a monumental task. it seemed like the staff were understaffed or not properly trained, because i often had to ask multiple times for basic things. second, the noise levels in the hallway were quite disruptive. i could hear conversations and doors slamming late at night, difficult to sleep. this is not the relaxing environment i expect from a hotel like this.

I appreciated the prompt assistance during check-in. The staff efficiently handled my arrival the sea link view from my room was beautiful. the room had modern amenities and a comfortable work area. i also enjoyed the variety of dining options available within the hotel premises. Each restaurant offered distinct culinary experiences.
The wait times for elevators during peak hours were occasionally long. This sometimes caused delays in reaching different parts of the hotel.
