Balanced stay
helpful staff fresh food bathroom stains old cupboards
The staff where very helpful. They ensured I had a amazing experience. At breakfast the staff asked what I wanted. They made fresh food and brought it to my table.
The bathroom was not cleaned well. I saw stains on the shower fittings and tiles. I believe they could keep a hotel of this standard cleaner. The cupboards need some maintenance as most are old.

the breakfast had plenty of options, from local dishes to international cuisine. the housekeeping staff kept my room super tidy. i appreciated this.
i found the service to be a little slow at times. it took longer than expected to get assistance with my luggage. the gym was also quite crowded during peak hours.

I stayed in a guest room 1 king mumbai VIEW. my room included a work desk and ample SITTING area. i appreciated the turndown service each evening. It was thorough.
the elevator wait times were SOMETIMES long.
