the location was super central! i found the staff excellent and always ready to help. the whole hotel was very clean!!!
the sound insulation between apartments could be better, i could hear some noise from the neighbors.

the room was nice and neat. i liked the helpful staff. i had forgotten a charger and the reception kindly let me borrow one for my stay (because the shops were closed).
the beach towel policy seemed inconsistent, it depended on the person working the front desk.

great receptionistnice recommendations
sandra was a great receptionist. she gave nice recommendations. she booked dinner for us at local restaurants with lovely food.
I found only coffee provided. There was no breakfast in the hotel.
