wow! amazing stay in a sweet spot

central locationfriendly staffcomfortable room

I loved how close it was to everything! a bakery and supermarket were right next door. the staff gave great tips. the room felt very comfortable and clean. I could not ask for more, even staying longer after my conference!

The coffee machine at reception ran out of cups once. I just brought my own after that.

The receptionist took the time to explain the area. She also pointed out places of interest. they were helpful with late check-in. communications were clear. i really felt they cared about my experience!

The room had a good layout and a soft bed. it felt nothing messy with good water pressure. The room was spotlessly clean. i found everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing was missing.

the location is very central and i could walk to the highlights. it's close to the beach. surrounded by places to eat. being close to the old city, it was very convenient!

Complimentary lavazza coffee and tea making facilities were available at reception, it was great. a pub next door serves breakfast. That was very easy and convenient. i made good use of this service every morning!

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

ineffective refrigeratormissing desk

The in-room refrigerator barely cooled anything. It seemed ineffective. This caused concern, as the safe heated up when the fridge was in use. I also found the lack of a desk inconvenient, as I had to use the bed to support my computer. These issues need attention.

the location was really convenient it was close to everything. the room was clean i also appreciated that. the staff were friendly and helpful .

the fridge didn't get cold it actually heated up on the outside. this caused the safe to also heat up this concerned me. i was worried my belongings would be damaged.

the location was central and convenient! i enjoyed the proximity to the beach. my room was very clean and well equipped. the staff was efficient and always friendly!

the fridge did not cool properly . it seemed to heat up on the outside. i was concerned about storing items needing refrigeration.
