Wonderful stay
suite upgrade stylish decor ample storage restful sleep
i was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise. the room offered stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. the closet had ample storage space for all my belongings. the bed and bedding provided a restful sleep.
the room temperature was very high and the air conditioning did not work properly

The suite was spacious with a clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. a lavazza coffee maker was a nice addition, i used it each morning to get ready. the room overlooked the square, i found it quite charming.

the location was really good, it allowed easy access to various points of interest. it was an easy walk from the train station, even with roller bags. many attractions were only a short walk away, this helped me maximize my time

I did not have any meals at the hotel . however, i noticed that the bar offered a wide selection of drinks. the bartender seemed open to experimenting with unique cocktail requests. I enjoyed the atmosphere there

room upgrade closet storage large bathroom no minibar limited room service closed terrace
I got a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival, I was very happy. My suite had a stylish room and closet with a lot of storage for clothing. The bathroom was large and sharing it with my friend was easy because the shower was great.
The room lacked a minibar, which I found inconvenient. Room service only worked in the evening, I was not happy with this. The rooftop terrace was also closed , made me sad.

varied lighting really good shower
The staff demonstrated great helpfulness. The hotel boasts an ideal location with convenient access to nearby attractions. I noticed a nice variety of lighting options in the room. The shower facilities presented an really good experience.
The elevator was inoperative for two days.

Mixed Experience at Hotel
extra cost missing items
The hotel location seemed pretty good for seeing the city.
The room I booked was not available. I was told I needed a more expensive room because I had my dog with me. This cost me an extra 180 euros. The dog bed and bowls that were supposedly included never showed up, and I feel like I got totally ripped off.
